Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a therapeutic intervention that covers four tenants: mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. Clients learn applicable skills they can take home and apply in real time.
